We take our carefully selected sugar canes from only the best farmers local to the western suburbs of Sydney. At every step of our careful examinations, the fundamental value of family stands as a measurement of pride in growing quality produce.
Once we’ve harvested each cane by hand, we go through a cycle of washing and preparation to ensure the quality remains from the roots to your very first sip.
As all of our produce is cleaned and prepared, we travel the distance – driving across cities including Canberra and Sydney, where we setup our family owned and operated stalls, equipped with industry standard crushers, our unique recipes and crystal clear ice. The perfect combination for the Australian summer’s day.
But the process doesn’t stop here, our heritage dictates that nothing goes to waste. Which is why all of our sugar canes juiced are granted a second life as sugar cane mulch that we use in continuation with our farm friends.
